France's Ban Begins

France’s ban on wearing full-face veils in public begins April 11. Women caught wearing a “niqab” can be held at a police station for us to 4 hours, fined 150 Euros, and forced to take a citizenship course.
This law comes into effect a week after President Sarkozy’s UMP party begins a debate on the influence of Islam on the country.

Will this ban change Islam's impact on France?

100,000 British Converts to Islam since 2001

And research revealed that the average convert to Islam is a 27-year-old white British woman.

Most of the woman who converted chose to adopt the hijab.

Just 5,200 converts to Islam in the UK last year!

Not-so-happy Veterans Day greetings

Most of us celebrated Veterans Day (a.k.a. Armistice or Remembrance Day) with a moment of silence in honor of soldiers who have served our countries in the spirit of Freedom, Humanity, and Goodness. Many of us wore a red poppy in memory of fallen soldiers. Want to know how three Muslim students celebrated?

"Three Muslim protesters who burned a giant poppy during the Armistice Day silence in London were last night unrepentant about the sickening incident which sparked nationwide revulsion...The men, all in their 20s, said they would happily burn poppies again and will not stop campaigning until Sharia law is implemented in the UK." Read the news report here.

This is the price we pay for freedom. We are forced to tolerate those who hate freedom and fight it. They want England under the chains of Shariah law where women and non-Muslims will be relegated to dhimmi (servitude) status. In our free country, Muslims could spit on our face and disgrace our soldiers. But what could happen to us under Shariah law? Our hands and feet chopped off if we don't convert or if we marry Muslim women perhaps? Sounds like an enticing, fair exchange? LET'S TELL THEM NO!

Baby Mohammeds running all over Britain in pampers!

I was tempted to laugh at the image the above title induces-- but I quickly remembered that this is no laughing matter.

Mohammed has become the most popular name for newborn boys in Britain.
It shot up from third the previous year, overtaking Jack, which had topped the list for the past 14 years but was relegated to third spot.
Olivia topped the list for little girls for the second year in a row, behind Ruby and Chloe.
A total of 7,549 newborns were given 12 variations of the Islamic prophet Mohammed’s name last year, such as Muhammad and Mohammad.

Will these children ever assimilate into British culture? Will they be loyal to their country and the given freedoms...or live to kill in the name of a Mohammed-seduced ideology?

A really good question: Why do radical Muslims want to kill Europeans?

You know how it goes when things become so much a part of your life, you almost forget to ask yourself how it began and why it exists?

Take the habit of dragging my feet to the door when Aunt Gertrude comes to visit. I think I've been doing that since I could walk, and I almost forgot why I began doing it until...that one time I didn't drag my feet and got to the living room in time for a super wet kiss and overbearing embrace. I was quickly reminded why and how I developed the habit.

Now take the habit of radical Muslims thirsting for European blood. We've see that too much in recent headlines. This one astute writer reminds us why it exists and how it developed (see full article here) :

The Europeans are being targeted for the same reason the Americans are: for being "infidels" and enemies of Islam and for the Western values they represent. They are being targeted because of their failure to transform into Islamic countries. Those who think that solving the Israeli-Arab conflict will undermine Al-Qaeda and its allies do not know what they are talking about.

Bin Laden, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Hizbullah Secretary-General Hasan Nasrallah are actually waging a war against Arabs and Muslims who are involved, directly and indirectly, in the Middle East peace process.

Al-Qaeda was established in 1989 in Afghanistan, and not in the West Bank and Gaza Strip or any Arab country.

Al-Qaeda was one of the by-products of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, and not the creation of the Jewish state in mandatory Palestine in 1948.

Al-Qaeda was established with one goal in mind: to defeat the all the non-believers, including the US and its Arab, Muslim and Western allies.

Bin Laden and his friends want to kill Europeans not because of settlement construction in the West Bank ,or the blockade on the Gaza Strip; they want to kill Europeans because Europeans are not Muslims and have different values.

Are Europeans going to let Muslims get their way? From the way politician and valiant European Islamisation fighter Geert Wilders is being treated...I'm really nervous.

Muslim Police, Religious Discrimination?!

British Muslim police could refuse duty to protect the Israeli Embassy. By extension, what about a Jew?

"A cop is a cop, not a Catholic cop for Catholic laws, not a Jewish cop for Jewish laws, and NOT a Muslim law for Muslim laws..."

Good point, but crazily it should be obvious. Apparently not in Britain. When is religious sensitivity going too far? Wake up Brits!

Follow the Pig Masks as they Lead by Example

Here is an interesting video, I know that it is in French, but basically you can get the gist of it. This is what happened, a restaurant chain in France named Quick said that they would change some of their restaurants into Halal restaurants, meaning they won't serve pork. This clearly demonstrates that there is a population shift in these areas. There are more Muslims than before. The lesson, however, that I believe we can take from this is to look how the people protest. They put on masks of pigs and come up with slogans. They march into the Quick restaurants and make a peaceful scene. The radical Muslims could learn A LOT from this effective campaign (which has already been seen by well over 100,000 online). The point is this – you don't need to riot or be violent to get your point across. Just check out the guys in the pigs masks!

Watch as Wilders Spits in the Face of Political Correctness

In 55 seconds these are some of the most powerful words I have ever heard.
Let's open his comments up for discussion.
Did he cross the line in what he said? Clearly he is not acting in a politically correct way, but is this okay? Is Geert Wilders on to something?

Is Eating Pork a Right? France Food Chain Says NO

One of France's most popular fast food chains has made a controversial decision to remove pork from its menu at eight locations. These locations are now halal. Quick in France Perhaps this was a wise business decision and it is simply a case of wanting to appeal to a wider audience, or perhaps they were threatened. One customer stated "I don't understand, why can't they sell halal burgers and bacon burgers at the same time?" asked Delphine, 26. Is this move a move of respect, an interest to make more money or is it conforming out of fear? It is possible it is a move out of respect for the majority of inhabitants of the local communities, but it is an important sign of the growing population changes of France. Are the Swiss onto Something with Banning Minarets?

Swiss Minarets This week it was announced that a majority voted to ban the construction of minarets in Switzerland. This has brought up a great discussion and many questions have followed suit. An article in Huffington Post stated that the vote should not be considered racist. It should however be viewed as a statement by the Swiss that they will not stand for the radicalization of Switzerland. For many the minarets represent radicalism and not Islam in general. The article explains that the western freedoms and liberties were hard to come by and citizens are not ready to give them up to Sharia law. Tawfik Hamid writes that,
“It seems strange that Muslims would insist on building minarets for mosques in Switzerland while thousands of mosques exist inside the Muslim world without minarets. The minarets are seen by many as representing the superiority of Islam, especially when they are taller than the churches; this sheds some light on the hidden intentions of Muslims who insist on building minarets in the heart of Europe. It is important that Muslims in Switzerland explain why they insist on using such historical symbols of Muslim superiority when it is neither mentioned in the Koran nor considered vital to building a mosque.”
Is Switzerland onto something? Is this a breach of freedom of religion? Or, is the ruling acceptable if it is understood that the goal of the minaret is to show Islam as a superseding power over others? It will be interesting to continue to watch this story unfold and see if other countries follow in Switzerland’s footsteps.
