U.S. Muslim Enclaves

Radical Islamic communities do not only exist in the Middle East. Many are familiar with growing Muslim populations and enclaves in Europe. Yet, did you know that there are 35 Radical Islamic communities spread across the United States?

Across the U.S. from New York to Florida to Washington and many locales in between, Radical Muslims are living together in communities that are closed to the public. Many of which are suspected of being homegrown terrorist training centers.

Communities such as Islamberg, in Hancock, NY have been arousing the suspicions of local residents and law enforcement authorities for years. No one is allowed to enter past a sentry post at the entrance to the enclave, and many regularly report hearing weapons fired within the community.
