Sharia Law Comes to Great Britain

A bill introduced into the House of Lords by Baroness Caroline Cox in England aims to end the discrimination faced by Muslim women within the Sharia court system. The bill -- called The Arbitration and Mediation Services (Equality) Bill -- applies to all arbitration tribunals, outlaws the practice of giving women's testimony half the weight of men's and other discriminatory practices.
